Chart Construction Management has recently been awarded the contract to build the new Heart Rhythm Management Centre at St. Mary’s General Hospital located in Kitchener, Ontario. This $9,000,000 project consists of a clinic, operating facilities and large recovery ward which will require a new structure to be built on the existing hospital roof.

Chart Construction Management was recently awarded The Airborne Isolation Works project located at the Scarborough Health Network, 3050 Lawrence Avenue East campus. This project will convert an existing ward of patient care rooms into airborne isolation single occupancy rooms. These isolation rooms will be able to help prevent and stop the spread of airborne viruses, like COVID-19 coronavirus thereby helping to keep both patients and staff safe without compromising the level of care provided by the amazing healthcare workers at Scarborough Health Network.

Our team was recently selected to lead the Louise Marshall Emergency and Ambulatory Care expansion. This expansion will allow patients to have improved levels of access to the hospital in addition to an enhanced quality of care for residents. We are extremely honoured to have been awarded this project and look forward to serving the residents of Mount Forest. This project is expected to be completed by end of February 2021.

Our team has broken ground on the brand new Clarington Hyundai facility. Located in the city of Bowmanville, Ontario, in the growing suburb of Durham, our team will oversee the construction of this brand new 35,000 square foot facility that will house the new and pre-owned sales floor, an expanded parts department, as well as a brand new state of the art service centre.
